One of the most important reasons for companies to choose for office space in Atrium Amsterdam, speaks for itself: location. Established in the beating heart of the South Axis, the office building is not only centrally located, but also perfectly accessible. International visitors or people who travel frequently for work will soon discover the convenience of its location. Schiphol Airport is only a ten-minute drive and within two minutes you’re at one of the surrounding hotels.

The train, metro, bus and tram, all stop in front of Atrium Amsterdam. With the opening of the new North-South line in 2018, for which the station is around the corner as well, the South Axis has become even more easy to reach. Due to the station’s expansion, there will also be a new passage in 2019. The ‘Brittenpassage’ will be located right across from Atrium Amsterdam, connecting the building with the Southern part of the South Axis.

Are you already a tenant at the Atrium and you’re coming by car? In that case, you’ll park safely at one of the 521 parking spots in our own parking garage. Parking is possible at €2,00 per 20 minutes. Parking is really quick as well, thanks to license plate registration. The garage is equipped with electrical charging points. For most tenants, the parking spaces are already included in the rental agreement. As a visitor, you may use the parking garage, of course, it’s just not for the use of third parties. If you just need to be dropped off quickly, the driver may use our Kiss & Ride zone. Of course, there is also a secured parking space for bicycles.

The Atrium is meant to optimize your productivity. This is also the reason why the building is open and secured 24/7. Our professional reception team is available daily to assist you where possible and property management is present five days per week.

With our unique Meeting Centre, the Atrium offers both internal and external companies many different meeting possibilities. In particular, the Auditorium is highly convenient to facilitate larger groups and big meetings. In cooperation with restaurant à Deauville, we offer catering services as well. The Meeting Centre is being operated by Property Works.

The Atrium pays a lot of attention to sustainability. For example, a thermal storage system has been integrated, the roof is fitted with solar panels and the building is BREEAM-certified. More information regarding our sustainable awareness can be found on the property information page.
